ARTS AND CRAFTS BY THE SEA Saturday,

Event runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the oceanfront
between Dupont and Grant Avenues. This annual event
features over 65 crafters and artists. Rain date Sunday,
June 15.

FIREWORKS DISPLAY Friday, July 4th
Program starts at 9:30 p.m. Oceanfront. Enjoy the spectacular
fireworks display sponsored by Coca-Cola.

JOHN BOYD MEMORIAL SWIM (One-mile open
ocean swim). Starts 6:30 p.m., Sunday August 3rd, 2008.
There are three divisions, open division, with a cash
prize, high school division, and masters (50+) division.
There will be awards for the top 3 male and female swimmers
in each division. The entry fee for the 1-mile swim
is $20. Registration is at 4:00 pm at Hiering Avenue
(North end of boardwalk). There will be a beach barbecue
with the awards ceremony after the swim featuring music
from 105.7 the HAWK. Includes, beer, soda, water, hot
dogs, hamburgers, and salads. There is a $10.00 entry
fee into the beach party for all non-race participants.
